Maria is great and I trust her knowledge of care hair and I like the products she uses in her salon. Crazy enough I had went to her some years back when she was off rufe snow and found her again on accident and I’ve been so happy since. She gave me a VERY DETAILED trim, she took her time and was very precise which I greatly appreciated. You can definitely tell she has been doing this a while and that’s what you look for when finding your permanent stylist.

Hot towel on your face while you get a scalp/shampoo massage is relaxing. Also a shoulder massage when you get back to the chair is great. Very relaxing experience.

Went over what I would like done with her once. She proceeded to do a great job with no further instruction. Very pleased with my haircut. I was super excited when I found this shop. I've been there twice now. And I'm giving them five stars because the manicure and pedicure I got were great. There was one staff person who wasn't super customer friendly, but maybe she was having a bad day. Thankfully, the staff who did my manicure and my eyebrow waxing were super nice and wonderful everybody else in the shop was really great. And my nails and feet look AMAZING.

Jerry and Cameron came out on time today and installed a light switch to an outside light. I wanted to be able to turn the day/night off so my solar lights would come on. They also installed a new plug in for my smoker as it went out. They were only here maybe a little over an hour and they got it all done. We will be using them for our electric jobs in the future. They were very reasonable and both just as nice as can be.
I called and spoke with Robert. I explained my problem, and he suggested I contact Encore first, as if they could fix it, it would be free. Who does that??? He did.
It turns out I needed a repair. Encore turned off my power to the house due to fire hazard. The office is close to my house, so Robert was there within minutes. Because of his speed, he was able to make the repair while the Encore repairman was still there. This avoided me having to do a reconnection which might have left me without power for hours or days.

James came out to my house last week, to do pest control, ants and other yard and house pests. He came back by today and check to make sure there were no more signs or problems. Both times he was very courteous, throrough, and knowledgeble. James made sure I understood what he was using on house and yard. ,He checked to see if I had any more questions. He was right on time for the scheduled appointments. Felt confident enough that I went ahead and got on a quarterly plan for him to come out and treat the house, so hopefully it will keep the pests away for good.

Our pest control specialist was very helpful and gave us a strategy for getting rid of
the carpenter ant infestation in our home. We checked the area where the ants have been seen previously. There were very few ants, and they were all dead. This shows that the chemical Orkin uses is working.
Highly recommend! They were very efficient and extremely kind. I didn’t expect them to clean my driveway, sidewalks and street after they trimmed my trees but they left everything very clean. We will definitely use them for any future needs!

I saw Dr. Verma for 3+ years when I lived in North Richland Hills. I first went to her when I had 2 teeth that needed root canals. She did an amazing job under very difficult conditions. She told me my root canal was one of the worst she had ever had to do. My root had calcified, but she was able to remove it successfully nonetheless. She is very skilled! She was so patient even though I was extremely stressed and do not normally like going to dentists. From there she did my crowns and my cleanings. She and her husband are so friendly and accommodating. They truly felt like family and I miss them very much!

He was the first to not guess but took x-rays of her legs and offered her a monthly shot along with an anti inflammatory. You would not believe how her life changed. She has not done stairs or ran in at least 4 years. She now has gone up and down stairs on her own and chased the other 2 dogs. Thank you so much Dr Metcalf.

Kim is so sweet and so helpful! I had never taken my dog to a groomer before and she was so kind in listening to my concerns and assuring me that they would do their best to work with me. My dog is older and he was getting nervous every time he heard me say bath or saw me with a comb and would run from me for weeks. He was raggedy and desperately in need of a bath. They not only reassured me when I dropped him off for his first bath, but they followed my requests to not cut or shave his hair. Instead he gets a small trim around the necessaries and he looks so handsome when I pick him up. I think he and my husband's dog now love baths more than they thought they would.
They are so sweet to my senior dogs. One blind, one had cancer. They were so nice to my babies!! Great cut too!!
