Honest, professional, and prompt . I have an older home with cast iron drain pipes that I knew were reaching end of life. I had one obvious leak and had hoped I could just get by with a smaller repair. They told me straight up before digging into it that I really likely needed a full drain line repipe and upon getting into it they found a full on disaster. So had to bite the bullet and do the full repipe. The scope of the work seemed enormous to me and they knocked it out faster than I thought possible. All the work seems to be of a very high quality. Everyone I dealt with was wonderful. Prices seem in line with the high caliber of workmanship and parts used. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I had not been satisfied with our encounters with Hairstylists for a long time. We both decided to give Beth a try. She is a hair color expert. I mean this in the perfect sense of the word expert.. she's able to do hair coloring highlights lowlights balayage you name it and her outcome is always excellent! She is also wonderful with haircuts, styling perms, Keratin treatments- you name it she does it! She works by appointments only and is very conscious of the value of your time.
She has a warm caregiving personality and always makes sure that you're satisfied before you leave. Her prices are very reasonable. Found to be even lower than many places that I went. Her studio is comfortable and nicely decorated in a central location in North Richland Hills. I totally and wholeheartedly recommend her! I have never been happier and my daughter also!

I’ve been coming here for a few months now and Krysten does a great job cutting my hair exactly how I like it. The MVP treatment is great. Hot towel on your face while you get a scalp/shampoo massage is relaxing. Also a shoulder massage when you get back to the chair is great. Very relaxing experience.

Place was very nice and clean. Tiffany was very informative and awesome. Cleaned up my eyebrows and still kept it looking manly. While I was there I noticed she offered ear piercing and ended up getting a second lobe piercing next to the one I already had. She made sure it was the exact spot I wanted in and it came out perfect. Would go back again, very professional and sweet.

I called and spoke with Robert. I explained my problem, and he suggested I contact Encore first, as if they could fix it, it would be free. Who does that??? He did.
It turns out I needed a repair. Encore turned off my power to the house due to fire hazard. The office is close to my house, so Robert was there within minutes. Because of his speed, he was able to make the repair while the Encore repairman was still there. This avoided me having to do a reconnection which might have left me without power for hours or days.

I have a dog I adopted 10 years ago. Over the years she has become more and more crippled. I took her to 4 different vet and had no answer as to why. He was the first to not guess but took x-rays of her legs and offered her a monthly shot along with an anti inflammatory. You would not believe how her life changed. I just moved into the area and was tired and sore from the move and a little stressed. Debated about scheduling a massage and unsure where to go so looked online and Gold Leaf was rated well. Mia was my therapist and she has a different, but good approach from the therapist I used for a couple of years. She made me feel comfortable and massage was very relaxing... almost fell asleep. Planning on visiting again soon.
Hand & Stone in North Richland Hills is wonderful! I always have a very relaxing experience there. I usually book with Haley because she does a great job using firm pressure while still keeping the massage comfortable and relaxing. The facility is also very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!
