I called and spoke with Robert. I explained my problem, and he suggested I contact Encore first, as if they could fix it, it would be free. Who does that??? He did.
It turns out I needed a repair. Encore turned off my power to the house due to fire hazard. The office is close to my house, so Robert was there within minutes. Because of his speed, he was able to make the repair while the Encore repairman was still there. This avoided me having to do a reconnection which might have left me without power for hours or days.
This company rocks! They are definitely my new electric company!

Two of their fine technicians repaired my electrical panel after it was ripped off my house by a tree falling on power lines due to 70+ mph winds.

They were very polite, very knowledgeable and efficient. They did excellent work.

They also performed the same work for my next door neighbor, their quality of work was just as good as the work they did for me.

One of the things I especially appreciated was they kept my neighbor and I informed along every step of the way.

I would recommend Cable Electric to anyone!
