This was my first visit to BrowGenius and it did not disappoint! Rachel was great! I am a little claustrophobic and she was patient and explained the experience. I went in for my first Brow Lift and tint and also a brow wax. Rachel's communication was great via text and appointment was on time. He suite is super comfortable with cooling fan and blanket it you need it, along with some relaxing music. My Lash Tint was a process and my lashes were not cooperating and neither were my tear ducts. I have stick straight lashes and the lift did not take very well. I loved that she acknowledged that first! She immediately suggested that I come in again in a few days and she would repeat the process for free. My brows-that haven't been done in years-looked great! I went in today for second process and she adjusted her routine -took some tape off-and did things a little differently to accommodate my needs and it worked! Highly recommend!

Rachel always does such a amazing job with my lashes. She always takes her time and makes sure I am getting the look I want. Plus she is a genuine person and super easy to talk to. You will feel very comfortable during your lash appointment. Definitely try Rachel out you wont be disappointed! ?

Rachel has been doing my lashes for a little over 6 months now and my eyebrow lamination/tint for closer to a year. I love her work and always leave feeling great. She knows I prefer a more natural look than some and always delivers. Her customer service is 10/10, her room is always super cute and very clean. She also recently did a dermaplaning facial for me and warned me I may be obsessed with the results; she was right. I would highly recommend her services for lashes, brows and facials!
