IYF installed LVP in our home about 9 years ago and we’re currently looking into replacing them. Over time, gaps have continued to crop up, both end to end and side to side, as well as the floor lifting in different areas. Representatives from both IYF and the manufacturer have been out in the past two years, neither of which would acknowledge any responsibility or offer ideas on how to repair or even what was causing the issues. We understand that there’s not really any recourse due to the time element, but we are so disappointed in IYF. Over 2000 SF of expensive LVP needing to be replaced already.“
