I just had my first appointment at Willow and Sage with Brandi. She was so sweet and accepting of my request to have a quiet appointment. My anxiety disorder usually stops me from going to hair salons but I took a chance and it was great. She text me beforehand to ask for inspo pics which I thought was so considerate of her. My difficulties making conversation usually makes people uncomfortable around me but she was just so nice about it. And my hair looks adorable OH and her scalp massage was amazing! 10/10 experience.
I love this salon. Finding a salon and stylist feels more difficult than finding a doctor so that I found this place is wonderful. Brandi is excellent at getting my blonde just right, I’ve had more compliments on my hair since going to be her than I have for years prior.The whole staff are very welcoming, you never feel like you’re stepping into drama or gossip. Like everyone authentically gets along and enjoys their work. Plus they use good, environmental products that won’t ruin your hair and you can feel good about.
Was initially disappointed as I drove from Dallas and had my appointment pushed an hour (super reasonable) and subsequently cancelled 15 minutes before the rescheduled time.EDIT:The owner, Melissa personally reached out to me to apologize and offered me a discounted rate to come back and try out the salon. It completely exceeded my expectations - amazing stylist (Jessica - who was not the previous appointment's stylist), warm atmosphere, attention to detail, fabulous scalp massage and even product testers to bring home. I love how my hair looks and feels! I will absolutely be coming back to Willow Sage! Highly recommend.
