“I had a very positive experience with Elegant Flooring. Andrea was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. She followed up with my order and gave me updates of the availability and delivery time frame. Whenever I had a question, she responded promptly and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her excellent customer service made the flooring purchase much easier and make me feel comfortable that I was making the right choice of ordering from her Company. Carpet Now - Fort Worth Carpet Installation
“First, let me point out that I'm very distrustful of contractors, because well you've heard nightmare stories. We've even learned how to do many things ourselves, so we wouldn't have to deal with contractors. Installing carpet was too big of a project to DIY! We did our research and the reviews were great for Carpet Now, so we decided to trust them, and we're glad we did! They installed new carpet in one room in January 2026 and we were so happy with those results that we had them to do three other rooms in July 2026. Miguel and his crew are great carpet installers; they are very professional and leave no trace behind. Also, David (in January) & Carl (in July) were great Project Managers/salesmen; they were professional and explained everything. You pay half down and then the other half upon completion and I think that is safe and fair to both parties.”
