About TuffPaw Air
TuffPaw Air is a company that helps with HVAC problems. Customers say the technicians are professional and arrive on time. They explain the issues and show pictures of the problem before fixing it. In one case a control panel and a thermostat were replaced before a winter storm. The service was transparent and the parts were not installed until the customer was ready. Many customers recommend TuffPaw Air for quick, quality work. When an A/C broke Saturday night, the company sent a technician on Sunday and fixed the problem in a short amount of time. A home warranty claim was handled well, with the technicians working with the warranty company and providing excellent service. One customer was without AC for four days, but the tech was able to get the needed parts and return that afternoon. The company is praised for being responsive and top‑notch customer service. Overall, customers feel satisfied and trust TuffPaw Air for reliable HVAC repairs.

These guys are great. They replaced a control panel in our unit and even replaced our thermostat right before this winter storm. For transparency, we had a new thermostat unopened but never installed it. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Thank you Tuff Paw.
