Ross and the team were amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable plumbers who fixed our kitchen sink drain issue the right way. We had been dealing with sink problems for a long time, and this last backup would not clear with our usual quick fix. The drain stayed clogged, so we called a plumber and are very glad we did. The crew was professional, easy to talk to, and took time to explain what was causing the problem. Under the kitchen sink, the drain line had a strange tight bend that kept slowing the flow and catching debris. It looked like a previous DIY plumbing repair had been done by an earlier homeowner, and it never drained correctly after that. Ross replaced the bad piping under the sink and set up the drain plumbing in a much better way. Now the sink drains fast, the flow is smooth, and everything works better than ever. We also feel much better knowing the pipes under the sink are secure and less likely to leak. In the Texas heat, it is great to have plumbing working properly without constant trouble. We are extremely happy with the service, the workmanship, and the long-term fix. Excellent plumbing service and a great team.

Amy was referred to me by my neighbor. She cut my hair and I was so pleased with the results. So I made an appt for a perm. I have curly hair but the top layer just won’t curl and has no body to it. My hair has thinned out so much. Amy permed it and I love the results. I haven’t had a perm in over 20 yrs so I’m not sure what will happen when I shampoo. Last perm didn’t hold so I’m hoping solutions have changed over the years. But Amy did a terrific job. She’s easy to talk to and had no trouble understanding exactly what I wanted.

Met with Dustin to go over the electrical specifications of our home build and he was very thourough and informative in making sure the plans were executed well. He also made recomendations that enhanced the project. Super happy with the overall expierence. So much so that i called them out to add a circuit when i decided to add AC to some available attic storage space. Dustin's expertise was esential in helping determin the best solution with regard to the HVAC equipment. He coordinated the timing of the install with the equipment and the add was accomplished in stellar customer service manner.

Mine was an unusual problem that is probably not their usual service call. Due to some custom work that had been done when I moved in several years ago, I had a bit of a mess with doors that didn’t meet in the middle and screen doors that were missing an important part and are basically useless. For some reason I suddenly could not even lock these doors and secure my home. Josh very carefully assessed the situation and within the hour he had my lock repaired and had given me a couple of ideas to permanently fix the doors even though they weren’t related to a lock issue. You can tell that Josh is a problem solver and I’m going to take action on his ideas. In the meantime I now feel comfortable leaving on my vacation knowing my home will be secure. I appreciate the excellent and quick service I received and the fact that they took the extra time to help me solve another problem not even related to locksmith service. I come from a family who owned their own business for 50 years and its reputation was based on excellent customer service. This company reminds me of the kind of personal service we used to see in the old days! We need more of this and I purposely search out local companies like this one. They will be my go to and recommendation for all locksmith work going forward!
I would highly recommend K& S Lock. My son lost his fab and they came recommended to me. It was over the weekend and they were closed so i left a message. Within an hour a received a response back seeing how they could help. He stayed in constant contact with me to insure he was able to order the correct key for his truck. I was so surprised how he stayed in touch even though they were closed. You never seem to get that kind of service anymore. Under new management and seem to be giving it a good go, but not always prompt on returning calls on follow-up issues. Receptionist is usually friendly, the vets and nurse techs are great. We'll give them another try, but I do miss the former management and vet team they assembled.
We took our dog for an end of life consultation, he was evaluated and the Veterinarian discussed options and ultimately we were able to take him home for another two months of comfortable life, thanks to the Vet.
When it was time to put our dog down we saw a different vet and had the same kind and empathetic service.
We called ahead to see if we could make an appointment, but they didn’t have any available for that day. The office manager went and asked the vet if she would see us without an appointment and she approved. When we got there they had a room ready for us so that we didn’t need to wait.
We held our dog the whole time while the vet sat on the floor in front of us and explained everything throughout the process. It didn’t feel like a business transaction. All staff from the front desk to the veterinarian and techs were sad with us and so sweet the whole time.
Will continue to use Animal Hospital of Montgomery for all of our other animals.
Dr. Kaaz and the staff at Western Hills are wonderful! I recently moved to the Conroe area to take care of my aging mother when the health of my 18 year old cat named Alex was declining. It was time to put her to sleep which is the hardest decision I’ve ever had to make. The genuine care, concern and compassion we received was exceptional. I started having second thoughts and Dr. Kaaz patiently walked me through the agonizing decision process. His kind words helped me to do the right thing for Alex. The staff mailed me a beautiful sympathy card that they signed with comforting words.
A week later, my 16 year old Morkie named Olivia got really sick. Dr. Kaaz fit her into his busy schedule that morning, and he and his technician spent almost an hour examining Olivia and talking me through her diagnosis. It felt like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders when Olivia and I left the appointment. And again, the care, comfort and follow up we received went above and beyond. I’m so relieved and grateful to have Olivia’s care in the hands of Dr. Kaaz and his staff through her final years with me.
Staff is so friendly, kind, caring, efficient and thorough. Love the doctor who gave explanations, options and paperwork to further offer details and clarify. Reasonable pricing and great staff!

BJ's Dawg House is absolutely AMAZING!!! Their grooming skills and expertise are bar none. Our GSD has found a new family with BJ and his lovely wife...and that says a whole lot since our big guy is very selective as to who he allows to groom him. Thank you BJ!!

From the first phone conversation with HB he went over everything with me regarding my questions about grooming and about bringing my puppy in for his first visit for his first professional grooming appointment with Susan. He couldn't have been nicer! I had been doing is grooming myself until he decided he was not interested in me doing it anymore so I decided it was time for him to see a professional!! It was very comforting to have such a nice visit with Susan before hand and she is so happy to show you around and explain everything that she will be doing as far as the grooming goes, shampooing, conditioning, drying process and where the dogs will be in between for down time in nice clean kennels. And we couldn't have been more pleased with the way Codi turned out! Susan did such an amazing job on our little puppy! He looks so adorable with his big boy haircut! He went in looking like a cute fuzzy furry woolly mammoth and was brought out looking like the most adorable precious boy!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I so would!!! HB, Tara and Susan are top notch!!! I love this place and Codi does too
This was the first time I received a massage from Randy. It was wonderful...great deep tissue, hit stone, cupping & stretching. I needed all of it so much & Randy was able to give great pressure, which is sometimes hard for others to do because I carry a lot of tension in my back. If you need an excellent Deep Tissue Massage, call and ask for an appointment with Randy. He will not disappoint!
Great customer service! I’ve chosen the Thai Combo Massage three times now, and every visit has been incredible. I leave feeling like a brand-new person… although one time I also left needing a muscle relaxer because, wow, they will fold you into positions you didn’t know existed if you don’t yell, “Uncle!”
Every therapist has been fantastic and actually delivers a true deep tissue massage—not the “lightly rubbed lotion on your back” kind. I genuinely look forward to every trip to the area because it means I get to book another massage here. Highly recommend!
