“This place was PHENOMENAL!!! I treated myself to a little spa day and found this place on Google, so I decided to give it a try. It exceeded all of my expectations!

When I walked in, I was greeted by the owner, who explained some of the science behind the salt and was so pleasant to talk with. I started with a relaxing session in the salt room, which was quiet and comfortable, so much so that I fell asleep!

Then I had a Swedish massage with Alycia. She was very friendly, checked in with me throughout the massage, applied the perfect amount of pressure, and gave me one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had.

After that, I finished my day with an antioxidant facial with Kylie, and it was exactly what I needed. She was also friendly, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable.

I have no complaints, only compliments for this place! As a teacher and mom of four young girls, this was the middle-of-the-day getaway I truly needed. I definitely will be back and will bring friends!

“The atmosphere here is very welcoming from:1). the spacious entrance/lobby space where you can either wait or relax before/after class, 2). the (two) studios are cleaned & mopped after in between classes, 3). the friendly staff (with their varied yoga teaching experience) 4). the owner who is almost always around for questions, suggestions or just a friendly face around and finally5). the variety of classes (aerial, hot flow, vinyasa, yin /nidra, and forrest yoga). Although, I think Ashtanga should also be offered at Alpine Conroe and not only at Alpine Woodlands (just because I don't have access to a car yet since moving to Montgomery, Tx from Honolulu, HI).Alpine yoga also offers Ayurvedic yoga and massage therapy which I would be trying sometime soon and will write an update to this review.“
