“Today my daughter and I had walked in, nervous on how our hairs were going to turn out. It’s been 2 years since my last cut and it’s been a year since my daughters (11 years old). She is still trying to find her style, bangs, hair cut, what’s best suited to frame her face and just overall what she loves. We walked out feeling new, confident, and just bolder to rule the world! Sierra was so kind and patient with my daughter and was able to get my daughter to open up a little more each second. Lanii just felt like my perfect match to be my hair stylist! We talked about nonsense and we just got to know one another. Her honesty was my most favorite thing because I have always been a believer on the truth whether I like it or not because at the end of the day, it is the truth and she just did me right with my cut and style. What was astonishing, in a great way, she was managing two of us at the same time! I didn’t mind waiting as my plans were set for a girls day with my daughter and niece (whom had went next door for her haircut), because I knew Lanii wanted what was best for me and my hair. My niece soon came into the salon and told us about her haircut experience and Lanii was shocked to see how and hear how it came out. She said “I’m not letting you leave like this, I’m going to fix it up.” And that she did. As busy as they were, running ragged, no lunch breaks, just only running off of caffeine and fumes, she was able to do my niece right before we left. These girls work so hard for what they do. They care so much about making people feel amazing about themselves with starting with their hair. We love them very much and I’m glad my family and I got to entertain them with laughter as well. To see all of us getting along, feeling welcomed like we already have been there before when we haven’t, and just being cared for and loved, this has been the best hair salon experience we have ever had! Definitely will be coming back to see Sierra and Lanii again for sure! Thank you wonderful ladies for such a great time for our girls day today. We couldn’t have started it any other way! <3”
