Mine was an unusual problem that is probably not their usual service call. Due to some custom work that had been done when I moved in several years ago, I had a bit of a mess with doors that didn’t meet in the middle and screen doors that were missing an important part and are basically useless. For some reason I suddenly could not even lock these doors and secure my home.
