Alex came out for a rekey as part of my AHS warranty. He was very good at communicating his arrival time and was punctual. Alex did an excellent job in describing the work to be done, was polite, and quick. I had a lock without a key, they did a great job of describing the additional cost upfront before coming out, the additional costs were very reasonable and seemed like a good deal, not a money grab add on.I’ll use ReKey Xppress for any future work and would highly recommend them.

He was on time, extremely professional. He cleaned up after himself and had me check all the keys prior to his departure. Alex checked all of the Fire and Carbon detectors and did an outstanding job of putting in the additional locks and door whole peep. Alex explained quite a bit of the renter code to me, so I understood what all it entailed and answered all my questions.I would definitely use them again.
