This place is so amazing! I went to cowgirl nails in tomball and they did terrible with the shapes, color, and length. I went to Malibu to fix a nail that broke the day after I got them done and I was able to walk in, no appointment or anything, and ALL the staff helped me find the right color and the Gentleman who did my nails did amazing and even went and fixed all of my other nails while he was at it! It took ten minutes tops and they only charged me $5! They are all so sweet and I’ve been going there since I was little and got my first set of nails. They are so welcoming and sweet and I will be going there every time! I highly recommend Malibu Nails!
I called at 5:45 to see if there were any openings for a re-fill for a full set of acrylics, and they said yes. I was greeted by Gabby—the sweet girl I spoke with on the phone—who was so kind. I had my three-year-old son with me, and they went above and beyond to make him comfortable, even bringing him water. I showed my nail tech, Whitney, the design I wanted, and she absolutely nailed it—her work was flawless, and I couldn’t be happier. While I was getting my nails done, they entertained my son, brought him suckers, and made sure he was happy the entire time. As a single mother, their kindness and attentiveness truly meant the world to me.
I like going to this Mailbu Nails and Spa location. The folks are friendly and the establishment is very clean. I always make an appointment with Tina. She is great to talk with and is very professional. She does a wonder job on my manicure and pedicure every time!
