He was around crowds of people, other dogs coming up to him, kids petting him, and he handled it all like a champ! “The ladies at check in and out were very nice. I have a senior dog so we had a few extra things with us and they were great about taking all of it and labeling it. I also really appreciate that you can pick up and drop off any time during the day, not just during specific windows of time. I think it’s a bit pricey but isn’t everything.
When I booked the kennel, it was a little confusing because I had to send vet records but then never got a call back to schedule. So I called them to set up the dates even though when I initially called I said I wanted to book not just get pricing. I also have no idea how much interaction he had with other dog, how much play time, or how many potty breaks he got.“

“From the first phone conversation with HB he went over everything with me regarding my questions about grooming and about bringing my puppy in for his first visit for his first professional grooming appointment with Susan. He couldn't have been nicer! I had been doing is grooming myself until he decided he was not interested in me doing it anymore so I decided it was time for him to see a professional!! It was very comforting to have such a nice visit with Susan before hand and she is so happy to show you around and explain everything that she will be doing as far as the grooming goes, shampooing, conditioning, drying process and where the dogs will be in between for down time in nice clean kennels. And we couldn't have been more pleased with the way Codi turned out! Susan did such an amazing job on our little puppy! He looks so adorable with his big boy haircut! He went in looking like a cute fuzzy furry woolly mammoth and was brought out looking like the most adorable precious boy!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I so would!!! HB, Tara and Susan are top notch!!! I love this place and Codi does too“
