We absolutely love Western Hills! The staff is so friendly, and Dr. Buchanan is the BEST! She is so loving to our dogs and gets down on the floor to give them kisses. We have one dog dealing with heart issues and the other with allergies, and we feel that the staff listens to our concerns without us feeling rushed. I appreciate that they tell us of costs upfront, so we are never caught unaware by the bill. I highly recommend them!
We have been going to Dr. Kauz for almost 13 years now. He always provides amazing care for our Sammey girl. He and his team take such great care of her every time she comes to visit. I’ve never had a dog more excited to go to the vet—if we ever say “Dr. Kauz,” she immediately jumps up and runs to the door.
Dr. Kauz has performed many surgeries, including ACL surgery, cancer removal, and removing the hardware from her original surgery when her body started to reject it after almost four years. His expertise is top-notch, and we are so thankful. Sammey turned 13 this month and still has full mobility—she runs and sprints with no visible pain or discomfort.
