I usually use their branch in Willis but couldn't get an appointment until later in the afternoon. My daughter's little pug mix was between 14 and 16 years old, it was her time to go and we didn't want to let her suffer into the afternoon. The entire staff was so unbelievably caring and sweet. They let my daughter spend as much time as she wanted with her furbaby then explained the whole process as they were doing it. She was able to hold Olive and comfort her as she went to sleep. They allowed her again to spend as much time as she needed to say goodbye. They tech walked my daughter through choosing an urn and explained the turn around time on cremation. Very professional, competent and friendly. This was first time there and treated like I was a long time client. This is now my vet for my cat. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

We came in nearing closing time on a Friday with a very sick puppy. The entire staff immediately took such sweet care of him, holding him and loving him while working to save him. The Dr. Was patient and spent a lot of time with him and with me explaining what to expect and what to do. It was a wonderful experience in a bad situation and I am so grateful to have found such a loving place to care for my fur baby!
