I'm 53 have been in some type of combative spots since 7 years old.. I have abused my body, I already feel relief.. I have a LONG way to go.. but God willing I will continue to learn and practice here.. if you're anywhere in collin county and you have a desire to start practicing yoga.. hands down this is the place.“
