North Texas Yoga

So I own a martial arts academy and am very particular about teaching techniques... I tried yoga a few different times in my life.. the staff here is outstanding... I'm 53 have been in some type of combative spots since 7 years old.. I have abused my body, I already feel relief.. I have a LONG way to go.. but God willing I will continue to learn and practice here.. if you're anywhere in collin county and you have a desire to start practicing yoga.. hands down this is the place.

I am so glad I found North Texas Yoga! The space is clean, cozy and organized so that each individual has their own space to move and classes are not over booked/crowded which is WONDERFUL. There are a few different style classes to choose from mornings, evenings, and weekend. Greg is a wonderful instructor and gets a 10/10!!

A friend convinced me to go to a yoga class with her 2 months ago at NTY. I had zero intentions of ever going back but after that first class, I was hooked. The owner, Laura was encouraging, patient, and nonjudgmental of my skill level. I have also taken classes there with a few other teachers and everyone has been so helpful. I am obsessed with yoga now because of this studio, the teachers, and all of the really awesome members of this yoga community. I will be a member of this yoga studio for as long as they will have me. I feel like I'm a part of something special when I'm there. They also offer yoga at TUPPS Brewery once a month, prenatal classes, and different workshops. I just took the Chakra workshop. It was very informative and such a fun time.
