Vision works located on El Dorado in McKinney has an exceptional customer service team!
Though the store receives heavy traffic of people coming in, I was greeted when I walked in; After about 10 minutes because I was looking at selection of eyewear, Stephanie inquired if I needed assistance to let her know when I’m ready; There was no hassling or pressure to buy. I was able to find the eyeglasses that fit me and then and let Stephanie know I was ready to move forward with my purchase.
Stephanie accommodated me to an area to sit down and she was able to give me her undivided attention and finalize my purchase!

Had a great time at vision works. But help was very friendly , and the service was quick , and I appreciated that. I would refer any of my friends who are in the market for new glasses.
