I was very pleased with Visionworks. I went there because they were in network after leaving the place I have went to the last several years. I didn’t feel like my previous place was helpful so I went by Visionworks. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and informative. Based off this interaction my entire family will be changing to Visionworks.

I had a late appointment with Dr. Switalski. He was very kind and really took the time to understand my needs. I went over to pick out my frames afterwards and Stephanie B. stayed late to help me with the entire process. Such a great team. Thank y'all.

I really appreciate the team at the McKinney store allowing me to spend time just trying on lots of different frames before making a decision. Once I made my decision they spent time making sure that my benefits from insurance were applied correctly. The ordering process was flawless. This team is very friendly with all the clients and make it a pleasure to shop at this store. A true 5 Star experience.
