I cannot say enough, good things about target optical Mckinney location, I had my daughter lose a screw in her glasses and we were on a time crunch and Valen was able to fix it while I ran to grab a couple of things. Excellent customer service! ❤️

I appreciate the patience, flexibility, and professionalism of the team who set us up with new glasses for my tween. They were sweet as she decided between styles, helpful with meeting my price point, and kind when she was overwhelmed by trying on the new glasses at the end of a long day. Thanks to Becca and a friendly gentleman whose name I can't recall.

I just love coming in to your McKinney store and working with Lily and Shefa. They are so kind, attentive, and make me feel like they care about me. I am very loyal to your store and business. I especially love the feeling that if I don't like my new glasses I can bring them back in a reasonable time and find glasses that work the best for me. Oh and Bravo for Val, she really makes
