I had a great experience! Loni was great! She went above and beyond. I ordered glasses and when I received them I didn’t like them. I went back in and she had me try on several pairs! I have a small slender face and it’s hard to fit me. We both agreed on a pair . I received them , and absolutely love them. I told her about the eye disease I have . It’s hard to see the computer. She suggested I should try computer glasses. And o my ! It’s a whole different world ! The numbers and letters are clear and crisp. Thank you for having an employee that truly cares about her oatiients!!

I have always had nothing but the most amazing experience here!! Everyone who works here is so kind and knowledgeable and just extremely helpful! The doctors are awesome and know exactly what they are talking about and spend as much time with you as you need as well as the technicians! It is truly refreshing! BUT THE BEST PART is that there has not been a single time that I have come to pick up my glasses and have had to get them adjusted a million times while sitting there, which has happened to me a lot over the 29 years that I’ve had glasses and went anywhere else. We just went in last week for our annual eye exams, and were reminded why we continue to travel up to see Dr. Sher and his team at this TSO location, even after moving to Plano nearly 2 years ago. The hospitality of the entire team is spectacular, and Dr. Sher's communication style and candor is so appreciated. Thank you for always providing us with a wonderful and comfortable experience each time we enter the office. Same time, same place next year? ;-)
