I also love the fact that there are more than just doing A reformer class, which is also one of my favorites, but you’re able to choose if you were looking for a place to start this by far is the best so glad that me and my best friend decided to Start our journey here! I loved it so much that I even did a private class for my birthday for my friends and their spouses they loved it!“

“I recently joined HOTWORX -Mansfield and found that the staff I interacted with were extremely professional and kind. She made sure I understood all of the policies and procedures and the membership obligations up front. I appreciate not getting surprises later. My husband and I have really been enjoying our memberships. I have never sweat this much in my life. I think what really surprises me is how many calories I burn on the day that I do the workouts. My metabolism must be going crazy because I am starving all day! Typically before joining I would average burning about 700-800 calories for the day after walking five miles now it's well over 1,000 +. Here's to getting healthy and being consistent!“
