“A/C system on the blink, hot in the house very uncomfortable! Called Thumbs Up at approximately 5:30am (Tuesday August 18th) Spoke to Richard and I gave a brief explanation of my situation. Richard informed me that Rusty would be at my home around 9 am. Rusty arrived before 9 and went right to work diagnosing the issue. In less than one hour Rusty determined the compressor was shot! At that point he and I discussed replacing the entire system and the cost to do so, as the current system was close to 12 years old. My wife and I went with the Amana S series, WOW, what a system! Wisper quite! Thanks Rusty, Richard, Ernesto and team, job very well done! The folks that comprise the team at Thumbs Up are professional and extraordinay people!”
