While they could’ve just recharged & made it a quick stop, the young man took the time to figure out why it froze over & even though he felt horrible for us having to wait, he called his co-worker to come verify, and then replace the capacitor. Honest company, outstanding employees!

I called John's Heating and Air yesterday when it was so cold. He had a tech coming off another job who came over within 20 minutes. Within another 20 minutes he had it up and heating. Good job and reasonable price.
