“We did a pool rental with our two dogs.. The space was wonderful.. The pool area was much larger than I expected with some shaded areas, a picnic table and a bench swing hanging from a tree. Our dogs had a great time. One of them can be a little reactive towards new dogs so we're cautious about letting her off leash on any trails.. It was so great to be able to take her somewhere she could run, get in the water, be safe and I could relax.. 10/10, will be back.“

“We had a two-hour private in-home lesson with Kris Tait of Canine Moxy to address fear-based aggression in our rescue dog, and it exceeded expectations. Kris took the time to teach all of us—myself and family members—as a unit so we could apply a consistent approach. He gave clear, helpful context behind his methods and commands, and our dog responded incredibly well right from the start. That same day, two friends visited and we were able to put the training into practice immediately. Using the new tools and commands, our dog was noticeably calmer and able to cope faster. The result? A much less stressful visit for everyone. Kris came well-prepared with the right size training aids (which we were able to purchase after trying them), and his modular, flexible training program fits perfectly with our busy work schedules—so we've signed up for more sessions. Having worked with several trainers over the years, I can say Kris stands out. He brings deep, broad knowledge of dog behavior, along with a calm, friendly, and relatable manner that makes learning feel doable and even enjoyable. Highly recommend.“

“We've been taking our dog to Bobbi's long enough that she's grown from puppy to a sweet old lady - and still she's excited to go there. Every time. We've left her there as long as two weeks without any issue. We see it as the place our dog gets to go to on vacation whenever we go on vacation. Really can't recommend it enough!“

Also there was a continuing education seminar which showed me they are passionate and willing to learn and stay ontop of education to make sure our pets get the best haircuts! That’s when we found Kenny and our life with has improved 10 fold ever since. His innovative techniques are not just for the pup but also for the owner. This is our first dog. “My dogter JezzieBelle abso loves this spot. Any other place would have her upset and I believe it's because some places are very cold and unfriendly from a dog's point of view. But Kyla took Jezz to have her nails trimmed and when she returned Jezz was a rambunctious puppy all over again. Talk about HAPPY DOG!!! Another note that should be mentioned is that Jezz hasn't really had any exposure to other dogs but there happened to be a puppy (Jezz is almost 5yrs) in the lobby and was there when they brought her back to me. I could not believe how calm and at ease she was after her trimming that she wanted to stay and play. These people are absolutely awesome at their service and Jezz would definitely be coming back.“

“I sought out a board and train option with Vikki for my adopted stray Bosco after over 6 months of struggling to gain any ground on basic obedience on my own. A major challenge was going on walks. We were fighting each other every step of the way and I desperately wanted both of us to enjoy walks more. After the training Bosco came home with all his basic obedience commands learned and mastered, and he walked so much better on a lead. Before I dreaded taking him out on walks, and as a result did not get him out nearly enough. We now have a mutually treasured walk together every morning. Both Bosco and I learned a tremendous amount from Vikki. We are so much more attuned to each other now.“

“The Dogtown team is top-notch. I am so grateful to have found them. My pup loves daycare. He gets so excited anytime we drive by and barks if I drive by on our way to Home Depot instead of dropping him off with his friends to play. Before finding Austin Dogtown, we had poor experiences at other highly recommended boarding facilities - one ended up with me taking him directly to the emergency vet upon picking him up as he had been attacked by another dog and they didn’t get him medical attention. I don’t need to worry about that with the AD team at all. They are incredibly communicative and provide regular updates on daycare and boarding. They’ve even emailed me when they notice excess itching or limping. The fact that they have someone overnight is a great relief for boarding. The team treats my pup like their own and he loves them back just as much, which says a lot because he is very particular about his humans.“

“Overall we had a great experience with dogtopia. But I wanted to leave a review and let the folks know, keep an eye on the charges from dogtopia. We were overcharged over $600 total on various occasions. They don't seem to have a good handle on their automated system making charges. We were not going to dogtopia for a couple of weeks and on reviewing credit card charges realized we were charged that entire time. There were some other charges that shouldn't have been there so just keep an eye on that.“

“This is the best boarding facility!! The people who work there are the sweetest and kindest. My dogs are not easy with many people, but they love coming to stay at Upper Paw. It’s just a godsend to have a place to leave them that I can trust.“
