We feel SO lucky to have found Southpaws. Sonya and her team are absolutely wonderful and truly care about what they do. We tried other businesses that were more flashy and our dog was just one of many. Here he actually learns and has a real group of “friends”. His confidence has grown so much, he has been boarding there for awhile and we also have complete confidence. Our dog starts whining and wagging his tail about a half a mile away in the car and can’t wait to go in. I’d say that says it all. I would recommend SouthPaws without any hesitation.

I tried another doggy daycare prior to Southpaws, but didn’t love that the dogs were locked up for a big chunk of the day. My pup would come home anxious, and their drop off and pickups often took forever.
But everything at Southpaws has been perfect! I love that they sort by size and temperament - a big one for my dog who I adopted earlier this year and was terrified of most other dogs for a while. But now, she does SO well socializing with other dogs! I’ve seen a huge improvement since taking her to Southpaws.

LOVE Southpaws Playschool! My Diego has been going here since he was 3 months old for training, playing and boarding and it has been a wonderful experience for both of us. The team are so attuned to dogs, behaviorally and emotionally, and create a safe and fun environment. The training , which was really for me have led Diego and I into a great relationship - he is well behaved on walks, in public and responsive to corrections I give him.
