This place was a Godsend for us as we were looking for a new place to board our cats! Our cats just had their first stay there, and it was amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the cat boarding area is kept neat and clean, and the caregivers truly care about the kitties and loved on them and played with them every day. The cat suites are spacious and cozy with windows, so much better than the tiny cages used at most cat boarding places. As a new dog owner, I was hesitant to leave my dog, Margo, at a boarding place when I was traveling. But Remington Pet Ranch has been such an amazing find. Knowing they were vet owned, I had more confidence that they would do the best for my dog's needs. I've had Margo board with them twice and she's had such a fun time. The first time was under the TLC package where she had no interactions/play-time with other dogs. However, I took off a star because in the beginning I was confused because I took her in for an assessment with a daycare day. Came across Remington Pet Ranch as a recommendation from my dog's vet and SO thankful! They take such good care of my boy while I'm out on business and send daily photos and "progress reports" which are a nice touch - as are the magnets they make of your puppy when you pick him up. Only gripe is that they haven't ever returned his unused dog food (and Prince eats Ollie so that's not cheap) BUT I'll sacrifice some extra food if it means my boy is happy. He perks up when we're driving there from about a mile away and is always excited to see the staff, so if he's happy, I'm happy. Thank you!
