I didn't but own a dog but I'm a pet sitter & EVERYtime I pick up my clients dog, he's beyond happy & never wants to leave. The staff is friendly & inclusive.

I've been taking my husky, Stormi, to Pups & Pal - Oak Hill for almost 4 years now. At first, I was very nervous to leave her with new people. We had just moved to a new city (during the pandemic at the time) and was trying to find our way in Austin. DeDe and her staff made it really easy for me to trust that my pup would be safe with them. They have been EXTREMELY generous and accommodating for major life events, etc. The most important part is that Stormi is very happy going to and leaving. Shoutouts to Liz, Cassandra and Zander for all of their help.

We love Pups & Pals! Buddy is always thrilled to go, has a blast, and returns home happy and content! The staff is incredibly friendly and sweet, and always provide updates on his day. We also appreciate the tons of pictures they upload every day. Highly recommended for a happy pup!
