A friend of mine had used Winder Flooring, so I thought I would talk with Audra Winder about installing vinyl plank flooring in my home. She was very knowledgeable and reassured me that they could remove my existing ceramic tile and carpet and install the vinyl planks very easily. Audra guided me through the process of picking out the flooring, meeting me at a flooring store twice to help me with my decision. She told me they would start on Monday, September 11, at 8 AM, and she and her crew arrived promptly at 8! Audra told me it would take 2 1/2 days to remove the old ceramic tile and carpet and install the new flooring. She was right! Her crew was finished by noon...read full review
