We had a wonderful first experience with Kristi at Happy Tails Grooming. You can tell that she took care of our dog as if she belonged to her. I have scheduled a following appointment and look forward to returning. Pricing is reasonable and the location is easy to get to. Thank you, Kristi for taking the time to talk to our family and getting to know us.

This was our first visit to this salon for a bath, nail trim, de-shed and sanitary groom. Christy did an awesome job with both of my corgis. Both dogs just absolutely loved her and she got them in the same day I called. The prices were very reasonable and we have already set up another appointment.

After looking at reviews and pictures of tons of grooming places here in Lubbock, I decided to give Happy Tails and try for my pup's first groom and they did not disappoint! He came back super fluffy and the cut looked amazing (there is a before and after picture so yall can see)! I paid $90 and my pup was there for about 3 hours (definitely needed so that they could familiarize my pup with the grooming process and supplies). We will be going back!
