My degenerative L5 S1 disc led to a dropped foot in 2012 and the combination of adjustments and decompression helped me to walk without dragging my foot. Someday, I’ll likely need surgery, but Helton is helping me buy time and I’m thankful for them.“

He spent a good amount of time with my husband visiting about nutrition in addition to getting adjusted. His leg is not 100% but it's much more tolerable.
