Excellent service and education...
Gracie helped me find the right products and tanning membership that best suited my skin. She's extremely knowledgeable about all of the different products, lotions and services available and has the scientific data to back it up. They give you plenty of time for questions and give you the full experience that makes the membership well worth its. I've used these locations for over 10 years and will always choose Palm Beach above any other tanning salon in town. Excellent job Gracie and Palm Beach!

I definitely give this location a 5 star rating. I would give more stars if I could. The reason for my rating is a young lady name Autumn. She ALWAYS greets me with a smile and remembers my name. The store is always clean when she is working and she always takes the time to recommend good products and let me know all the sales! She is also great at giving me recommendations on the red light and spa equipment as well as tanning beds to make sure I get the most out of my membership. I hope management recognizes her 5 star customer service skills. Thank you again Autumn. ❤
