Deckelman’s always takes care of us in a prompt manner. We are a small, private healthcare facility and we use them often for making keys, ordering/changing out locks on our doors, etc. Decklemans has always had great customer service! After waiting three months for Lubbock Lock & Key to try and complete a change of locks on my filing cabinets. I called Deckelman's Locksmiths and they immediately put me on the schedule and had a locksmith out within the week. The technician was fast and efficient changing out 10 locksets within an hour! I was definitely impressed! All locks are working and in good shape. Customer service was great and I will continue to use Dekelman's for all of our locksmith needs.
