He then gave me a quote for the repair, but when I told him I wanted to wait and get a second opinion, he suddenly lowered the price by $300. It made me question the transparency of the original quote. I appreciate the fast service, but the change in pricing left me feeling unsure about the trustworthiness of the estimate.“
