“Awesome company that stands on truth and excellent customer service.Previously was told by another company that I needed to replace the whole unit due to compressor being bad. When I called I told them I needed a fan motor and I knew that’s all I needed. Fast talk and pressure sales was a red flag for me. Had jacks come out and gave them no warning of what the problem was and sure enough, 7 minutes later the tech advised me I needed a fan motor. I asked had he checked the compressor and was told yes and it’s fine. So instead of spending $6,500 I spent just over $300. Always get a second and third estimate, ALWAYS!The tech, Michael, was very friendly and respectful as well as will go above and beyond.Jack’s will be my air conditioning service company from here forth.“
