Luca's Plumbing
“Above and beyond. I was extremely stressed because my water heater was leaking all over the floor and soaking the carpet. I called Luca's Plumbing in a panic, and Chris was amazing. He stayed calm, patient, and reassuring the whole time. He came out the same day, stopped the leak, and set up a hose to redirect the water so the carpets would not keep getting wet. The next day, Chris and Jonathan returned to install the new water heater. They were friendly, professional, and efficient, and they handled the plumbing work with no hassle at all. Everything was explained in simple terms, the install went smoothly, and the whole repair process was much easier than I expected. I do not usually leave reviews, but the excellent customer service and fast response really deserved recognition.”
