“My sewer line was fully backed up and close to overflowing through the cleanouts i had opened to take pressure off the drain. i had already tried using my auger, a water hose with a small harpoon-style attachment, and even root cleaner crystals for three nights, but nothing cleared the blockage. After that, i contacted Luca's Plumbing through my water and sewer line coverage, and a technician was sent out the next morning in Longview. Jonathan arrived promptly, inspected the sewer system, and quickly understood what was causing the stoppage. He brought in a heavy sewer camera machine on a metal ramp and used one of the cleanouts to scope the line. During the inspection, we found four separate blockages in the pipe, including one more than 20 feet down the sewer line, but he was able to clear every one of them. After the drain cleaning work was finished, he had me flush the toilet four times in a row to test the flow, and everything was running properly again.
