Jordan and Trey installed my new a/c unit today. They were friendly and answered all of my questions. They were professional and left my home in great shape!5-3-22. Jacob showed up at my home today to service my system that I had put in last year. He is an outstanding tech. He took his time and was very thorough. He cleaned the inside and outside unit and made a few adjustments to ensure I will be comfortable all summer long. Thanks!!3-27-24 Eddie came out and serviced my A/C before summer hits. We recently replaced completely our HVAC system, and I want to say what a fine job ETR did in their installation. Trevor, Juan, and Jesus as well as their crew members all deserve praise for their excellent work and attention to detail.
We now use ETR to conduct our Preventative Maintenace. Oscar, our technician is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to share his knowledge. 5th time using ETR, two installs, two service calls, and now preventative maintenance.
