The tech was very curteous and explained everything so I could understand what was wrong and what needed to be repaired. He cleaned everything that had to do the ac. He explained the heating check was separate from the ac check. He also told me about specials they offered for spring and fall servicing. He emailed me quotes for the repairs that needed to be done and also estimate to replace the whole ac unit. He cleaned up after himself. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. He did a great job!
