“Our AC unit was giving us all sorts of issues and the home warranty just gave us the run around. We knew our situation was bad, but Evans air told us how bad it really was. Truly grateful for all their knowledge, patience, expertise, professionalism, and HONESTY! Robert came out, checked everything out, sat down and went over all the details very thoroughly. I figured it would be a few days because of how busy business is but, the techs were out just 20 hrs later at 8AM installing the new unit. Chris and Tyler were both very courteous, polite, and professional. They installed and hung all duct work after the prior company had left it just laying on the ground and even installed a new vent in one of the rooms. It was so clean after they left, it's like they were never here. But they definitely left their mark because WOW does this AC unit work well, I'm almost cold in here and it was 93 today in East TX in April! haha Thank you to Evans Air, truly life savers, and in the long run, saved a lot of green too!
