Would Highly recommend MLD Services LLC out of Leander Tx. After having a failure in our quality control with our 40 tiny home mini split units from the manufacturer. We had to shop around and could not find anyone knowledgeable with mini splits or even wanting to earn our business. We were recommended MLD Services from another business owner. We contacted MLD Services and after talking with Mike he was very knowledgeable and discreet with everything. Our upstairs AC went out in the afternoon and MLD came the next day! It was easy to submit a service request online and the office contacted me quickly. Braden did a great job troubleshooting the problem and replaced the dual capacitor. He even checked the downstairs unit since it had been struggling to keep up. Now we're cool again! A/C went out today as the temps started to climb. Called Mike at MLD Services and he was at our house in 10 minutes. Had the capacitor on hand to make the quick and correct repair. Whole process might have been 30 minutes from call to completion. Excellent service. He let us know exactly what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. Communication, pricing and timeliness were incredible. Highly recommend for any of your HVAC needs this summer or the future.
