Arrow Service Center is a completely professional company. Technicians show up on time and do an excellent job to resolve issues with the A/C, with reasonable and timely repair. One technician found a thermostat issue within 15 minutes after another company said it was fine. Another service was in and out in 10 minutes, fixing a capacitor. The service repair done was quick and professional. A hot water tank install was done very quickly after other companies canceled, with an excellent job completed. The technician was extremely kind and easy to work with. Highly recommend this company.
Al saved the day today! My AC went out in the midst of this raging heat and Al identified the issue immediately, had the part, repaired and cleaned out my unit from all of the debris that was clogging it. He was super friendly and I am super grateful for the work he did! (I've used Arrow for years and I highly recommend them!)
