“to me, there isn’t anything more important for a house than having a solid, water-tight roof. brilliant roofing has years of experience and skilled teams to put on a great roof (and in our case, also did some barn siding). our first project with them was a roof replacement. we got a few estimates, and their price was in the middle, but a trusted builder friend told us for a metal roof, he would only call them. we listened, and we’re really glad we did. we’ve had them back for other jobs too, like putting on barn siding and roofing a gazebo. just to show how professional they are, frank came out to check our roof and give us an estimate. ever since, he’s earned our full trust. right after the old asphalt shingles were taken off and the roof was down to bare sheathing, a hurricane was on the way for the weekend! frank told the crew to take down all the scaffolding and cover the entire roof with tarps. the crew wasn’t thrilled since it was a lot of work to take it down and put it back up, but they did it. the hurricane hit and caused lots of damage in the area—trees down, roads washed out, and the crew couldn’t even get to our house on monday. we didn’t get a single leak! plus, the price stayed exactly what they quoted. quality company, quality people. even after more than a decade, we’ve had zero issues with their work.“

“Girard Gagliardi of Emerald Roofing refuses to come replace the shingles that he put on my shed in November of 2020. 2 shingles fell off in March of this year. I told him initially I could be patient and could wait since the missing shingles didn't cause any leaks, but now 6 months later, nothing has been done. Patience does not mean waiting forever! He's been coming up with every excuse in the book to delay coming out. He's even said he was coming a couple of times and on his way once, then cancelled at the last minute (I'm beginning to doubt if he had any intensions of coming out at all), and now today he says it was out of the 'goodness of his heart' to come out (even after I offered him $100 for gas money) and now wants to charge me $700 to do the warranty work! I have a 5 year warranty! The GAF people have already provided the shingles, but Girard from Emerald Roofing is being a total jxxk! I initially hired him when he was replacing the shingles on the roof 2 doors down from me in Magnolia. Little did I know that any repair work was just way too far for him to drive! Do NOT use Emerald Roofing!!!“
