I made one call to my insurance company to start the claim, and after that Jerome and the team handled the rest. They stayed involved through the whole roofing process and were there at every step. brilliant roofing did an excellent job replacing our shingle roof on the house, the flat roof over the garage, and all of the gutters. we really valued the help with our insurance claim, especially the detailed photo documentation of the hail damage to the roofing system. the team also met with the adjuster, walked through the damaged areas, and clearly explained what needed to be repaired, which helped move the claim along quickly. the crew used quality roofing materials, and the installation process was smooth from start to finish. everyone was professional, polite, and efficient, and they completed the work on time without cutting corners. they took extra care around...read full review
They replaced our roof years ago, and the whole experience was very good. Not long after the new roof was installed, we noticed some water getting into the house, so their crew came back many times to inspect the shingles, flashing, chimney area, and roof line until they could fully track down the source. In the end, they found that the issue was not caused by the roofing work at all. The real problem was rotting wood around the chimney, and once that section was replaced, the leak stopped.
