Spent 45 minutes in Ace Hardware to get some parts to fix my kitchen sink supply line. We live in a slightly older home with flare fittings and needed an adaptor to go from the flare valve to flat supply line...Ace didn't have what we needed and their associate that's there to "help" seemed like he had no idea. Then I remembered a few years ago, I got some replacement parts from Moore Supply on another project. So...headed to Moore Supply. In a matter of 5 minutes (to include the time it took to walk into the store from the parking lot) Thomas Altus asked what we needed, disappeared with a new line and new adapters to be able to finish the project! Good service, great and friendly sales staff. And even though I didn't have an account there , the prices are a warm plus compared to the snow & ice from a couple of days ago...

I've been going to Arlington for my plumbing. I found more Moore Supply Co. today and, not only did they have what I needed, but Steve was so helpful in showing me what to do.This was my third place to try. No one else could help me at all. And the whole thing only cost me $5!! I couldn't believe it.These are my guys from now on.
