Great first-time experience with Carlos & Sons Plumbing & Electrical on a tricky plumbing issue in our condo. We had a leaking P-trap primer valve under one bathroom vanity, and they also checked another one before it could become a problem. I did not even know what those valves were before Nicholas and Brad explained everything in simple terms. The job turned out to be more involved because the primer valves were very finicky and the lines feeding the floor drains were clogged. The woman who answered the phone at Carlos & Sons Plumbing & Electrical was very friendly and helpful. She gave me a clear quote, and that was exactly what I was billed. I needed to replace a leaking outdoor hose bib, and Brad arrived early and got to work right away. He explained the plumbing process in simple terms, answered my questions, and installed a high-quality new hose bib that works great. The new quarter-turn handle is much easier to use, and now turning the water on and off is quick and smooth. He also left a helpful note on the receipt about routine outdoor faucet care.
