From the time I walk through the door until I walk out, I am treated so kindly. Everyone is so sweet, gentle and very helpful as I always have a ton of anxiety over dental procedures. Dr. Mackie has such a calming nature about her and a soft touch while doing work. Very knowledgeable and listens to concerns and opinions. They always make sure you are comfortable and happy before beginning and do great work! I will always come here!
Five stars for Russ and Lawrenz Contracting is not enough. I met with Russ, the owner, on a Tuesday. He was so nice. He answered all my questions and explained how everything would work with insurance. His quote was right in line with my insurance company. I had no worries about having to get the insurance to pay out more or pay the difference myself. (Unlike with other quotes I got). Materials and his team showed up the following Monday morning and we're done by that afternoon. The team worked fast, and their cleanup was immaculate. I didn't find any nails or shingles left anywhere. Russ contacted insurance that day to have them issue the final check, and has been so patient as we wait for it to come in. I would 100% recommend Lawrenz Contracting to everyone.

My old dentist decided to retire and I had been going to him for 25 plus years. Big shoes to fill. Searched around for another dentist near my home and needed to be a single practitioner. Fortunately I found Dr. Eric Smith. He is wonderful! Very similar in personality to my old dentist and his staff are great! Couldn't have made a better choice.
The staff were very patient with my daughter who was terrified of the dentist.
My son has gone to the same girl for the last 5 years or so until about 6 months ago when I found this place. He feels comfortable here. Everyone is nice, they laugh and have smiles on their faces when you go in. Nice to know people enjoy what they do ☺️
I am getting ready to sell my house, and the buyers had an inspection done on Tuesday. The home inspector asked for a Roof inspection to be performed. As a seller, time is of the essence, so I reached out to a few companies. I started to fret between no replies and being unable to show up for another two weeks. I placed a call to First Out Roofing late yesterday and left a voicemail. Imagine my surprise when I got a callback 5 minutes later from them, and the owner is the one who called back, no less! Just WOW. Nick asked a few questions and understood that this was time-critical; he went out of his way to explain their process and the report I'd get and then asked if he and Spencer could swing by first thing in the morning! Take my money now!Anyhow, they showed up this morning right on time, reconfirmed that the inspection report was asking for a review for possible hail damage, and then said, we will do that and give you a report that the buyer can use to get their Homeowners insurance. I'll be honest when I say this: I was surprised to find out this level of customer service exists today and that companies are willing to go the extra mile for no added cost.Nick, Spencer,I am writing this to say that I am very thankful to your company for the courtesy, respect, professionalism, and customer service. This is unheard of today, and I commend y'all for this! Even though I don't need the roof replaced, I will say this to anyone reading this review ... you will not find a better company. First, let me say I am a pain when it comes to my hair. I have never known how to take care of my hair, ask for the right cut for my face/needs/anything. Caroline asked me questions and walked me through her process before even starting. She was very kind to explain things in detail and set proper expectations. She also answered my gajillion questions with kindness and non-judgement. The office was clean, professional, pleasingly decorated and very relaxing. I already re-scheduled with her! GREAT service! Tim was very flexible with our schedule and showed up on time. It took him longer than he expected to get a large amount of carpet done, but he was persistent and well communicative throughout the whole process. We will definitely be using his services in the future.
Greg was very friendly and knowledgeable when he came to evaluate my home project. He listened to what I wanted and provided best options for the type of work we discussed. The day of the fence installation, he was onsite with his team and completed the project the same day. I am very pleased and highly recommend.

They’ve cleaned my carpets twice. Very happy. They do a good job and are reasonably priced! So happy to have clean carpets. They also cleaned the arms of my couches where my dogs sit. So happy!

These guys are extremely good at what they do. We needed quite a few updates on our home (you know how things get when you hit that 10-year mark) and Bauer handled it all, from painting to electric to plumbing to a new roof. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and I will hire them again in a minute.
