Highly recommended!<br><br>FULL REVIEW: We are selling our house in Leander (while staying at our new place) and I went over to the house a couple of hours before a scheduled showing. Of course our 3 ton AC unit for the upstairs was making a loud buzzing noise and not cooling the upstairs rooms, which were at 85 degrees, soon before potential buyers were due to arrive. I contacted Patriot and Paul almost immediately called me back, asked a few questions, then arrived and fixed it within the hour. I turned the downstairs 5 ton AC to really cold, and the one Paul just fixed started cooling the house as well. Fortunately the inside temp dropped to about 73 before the realtor and clients showed up. I highly recommend Patriot for repairs. Paul, thanks again for responding and fixing it so fast!”

“Edit to add: About a month after my new furnace and AC install, our water heater started leaking, so I called and amber was very helpful getting us on the schedule fast. miles, kingston, and jack did an excellent job on a very hot Saturday. Big thanks to the crew for helping keep our home comfortable and running right with the AC, furnace, and water heater. jack was thorough and friendly during the estimate for the furnace and AC, and he took plenty of time to explain our repair and replacement options in simple terms. The turnaround for the install was under a week, and the full furnace and AC installation was finished in just one day. The whole installation team was easy to work with, professional, and respectful. They walked us through the new system, explained the furnace setup and airflow, and cleaned up everything before leaving. We really appreciated the quick service, clear communication, and quality workmanship. Highly recommend for furnace repair, furnace replacement, and related HVAC service.”

“Aero is the only A/C company that came out when my unit shut off in the summer time two years ago. Today Aero came out for my summer tune up. Aaron showed up on time. He’s very professional, courteous and did a very good job. My AC unit is in good hands! I recommend getting there twice a year tuneup plan for only $175. It’s well worth it. I’m not worried about it breaking down again. That piece of mind is priceless!”

“Had a problem with my heater that was installed 11 months ago by Air Velocity under different ownership. Called Roy, the new owner, in the morning about the problem and he responded to my house the same morning. One of the first things he said to me after he arrived was that my HVAC system was still under warranty and that he would honor that warranty 100 percent. No haggling and no arguing; just like a true professional. He fixed the problem and remained at the house until I was satisfied that the problem was fixed and he provided me with expert instruction on how to avoid future problems. My dealings with Roy took me back to the 60's and 70's when tradesmen and craftsmen were honest, skillful and professional. Look no further for your HVAC professional.”
