Edit to add: About a month after my new furnace and AC install, our water heater started leaking, so I called and amber was very helpful getting us on the schedule fast. miles, kingston, and jack did an excellent job on a very hot Saturday. these guys are really good people. From the first estimate through the heater installation, i felt comfortable with miles and the crew. The price for our new furnace and heating system was very fair and even came in lower than several other quotes. After we signed the agreement, scheduling was simple and the whole install day went smoothly. i have owned homes for 40 years, and this ac tune-up and system check was one of the most complete services i can remember. jack did a very detailed inspection and cleaning, including the ac unit, drain line, and nearby components, and even pointed out a small kink in the condensate hose and fixed it right away. he also shared helpful tips to improve cooling performance, airflow, and indoor air quality, which is especially important during the long hot texas season. the suggestions were useful, and i never felt pushed into buying anything extra. donald also serviced the a/c system and did an excellent job. no one has cleaned the outdoor condenser this thoroughly in all...read full review
