“I have been to this location several time over the years for myself and my family. I took my mother in today for x rays.

Everyone was very friendly and efficient. There were 2 families before us and we were seen 20 or so minutes after getting all the paperwork complete.

They were patient with her explaining what happened and me filling in the missing information. The nurse and PA were super thorough with my Mom and I.

We get her x ray done and got a call back a few hours later with results. PA stayed on the phone until all my questions were answered. They have been an answer to prayer.“

“Top notch patient care. Injured my toe at a holiday pool party for 4th of July. Scheduled within 5 hours and was seen by 9:45am the next day. From the radiology, attentiveness to my needs, to speed of service, I was pleased to know within minutes that I possibly had an adulation fracture or contusion. 15 minutes later I walked out knowing it was a contusion, with my toe dressed, and a note excusing me from work so that I can heal. “I went to another urgent care prior to coming here today. Not only was the staff there unprofessional by not treating me they were not friendly as well. So we came here to NextLevel. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Sandra Perez who is very pleasant and actually a ray of sunshine after our experience at the last facility. Everyone we encountered was friendly and professional (Phoebe and Angela Lucas). Ms. Lucas did not question my symptoms or condition and treated me appropriately. I was treated in less time than we waited to see the provider at the other facility. Highly recommend and will always come back here for my urgent care needs in the future.“
