Reviews highlight the incredible care provided by the medical team, who take the time to listen and offer solutions, as well as follow up with patients after their treatment. The staff, including nurses like Kristine, are noted for being delicate, patient, and very attentive. The entire facility is clean, and all equipment is in perfect condition, contributing to a positive patient experience. Insurance assistance is also available, which enhances the overall care. Some patients, however, have mentioned confusion regarding the process of being moved between different areas before reaching the treatment room.
This is the best ER I have ever been to. Dr. Jones was phenomenal, and I barely had to wait at all before being taken back to see the nursing staff. Everyone was incredibly professional and helped me thru a difficult time. I am truly grateful for them.
If you should need an ugent care ER, THIS is the place to go. AAA from beginning to end.
I was treated with the best of care and concern. They went above and beyond to assist me and my family during my time there. Excellent treatment all around. From the receptionist to the Dr to the nurses to the lab tech to the radiology it really could not have been better...ANYWHERE. I do not want to have need for an urgent care ER but believe me, I know where to go if I should. Thankfully , they are just a short distance from my home.😊
