For the issue I had I was greeted with friendly faces and demeanor. They put me in a wheelchair as soon as I arrived and I was brought back immediately after paperwork. They worked efficiently to find out what was causing me pain and everyone was very friendly. Hopefully I never experience this pain again but if I ever have another emergency, this location is where I will be returning.
Staff us very professional and thorough. The wait was minimal. The concierge made our time there very comfortable, always checking to make sure that we were ok and asking if we needed anything. They are an A+ establishment.
America's ER was open in the middle of the night when I really needed them; I was greeted and taken care of immediately and not only did the two nurses check in on me, actually listen to what I was saying, and the Dr. have a solution, the nurse afterwards followed me out the door to remind me of a possible complication for my medication. Thank you to the night staff, you really were a huge help. Special shout out to the front desk for diligently helping with my insurance issue and getting that resolved successfully.
