Almost a year ago, my daughter was home from college for winter break, and she sprained her ankle. We took her to Memorial Urgent Care we she received top-notch help from an excellent staff. Then a week ago, I fell hard and severely sprained my ankle, and I knew right where to go. Not only do they have a beautiful brand new facility, but they have every bit of diagnostic equipment there, too (x-ray, CAT scan, ultrasound, an in-house lab, etc.). Every person that works there, from the receptionists at the front desk, to the x-ray technicians, to the nurses and to the doctors are incredibly friendly and eager to help. I know this well because 14 hours later, after being there for my severely sprained ankle, I was back again for breaking my foot and dislocating my toe by accidentally kicking my crutch. I was completely embarrassed and upset, and everyone there worked to make me feel like I wasn't such a complete idiot. All of them have an excellent bedside manner and big compassionate hearts, and some even have a sense of humor, and all three times, there was no wait. Thank you all for your care and support of my daughter and I. There is no where else I will ever go for urgent care again for me or my family. Thanks, again.
