The clinician was warm, funny, attentive, and genuinely listened to my concerns. He made direct eye contact, explained things clearly, and even took time to engage with my child, which meant a lot.
The office staff was also patient and kind throughout the day, even with me calling multiple times trying to sort out prescription issues. Everyone treated me with compassion and professionalism, and I’m very grateful for the care I received.

Absolutely loved Dr. Lazaro! He truly took the time to listen to my concerns and paid close attention to my kids, which meant so much. The visit was incredibly quick honestly the fastest urgent care experience I’ve ever had. The staff was so kind and welcoming, and they made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. I will definitely be coming back!
