I usually love taking my kids here, we have been coming here for a long time. USUALLY everyone is kind and helpful and my children are seen and cared for without any issues. For all of the good past experiences, I will give 3 stars. Otherwise I would give 1 star based on the experience I had last night with my son. I brought him in because he’d been sick for a few days and suddenly he was complaining of a heavy chest and difficulty breathing. He’s had pneumonia before so even though it was almost 9 pm I rushed him into urgent care to get looked at. It’s always better to be safe than sorry, right? Short wait time, caring nurses, and very thorough exam by the NP. The TV in the exam room was nice to have for my impatient toddler. Urgent care visits are never fun, but this practice is absolutely ideal.
My daughter was seen here last night. Nurse Courtney was fantastic; she made my daughter feel safe and comfortable throughout testing and while administering medication. NP Katie H. was also wonderful, she was a great listener and took her time with the examination. She provided excellent information on alternative treatments and was incredibly perceptive and thorough in the doctor’s notes and after-visit summary. We truly felt heard and well-cared for.
